"It was the hardest decision I ever had to make, but in the end I knew it was the right thing. As soon as I met john and Maria and saw how happy they were and how great they were with the baby, I felt so good. They had been trying for years to have a child and they told me that I was an angel for giving them this gift of life. They said they would never forget me and the baby would always grow up knowing how much I loved him. Thanks JFS for being there for me every step of the way."
