Instructions for Making a Recurring Contribution to Jewish Family Service

- In the Notes area, enter the payment frequency. For example, enter monthly, quarterly or annually.
- After Billing Information and Payment Information is completed, please click the "Make Payment" button. You will be prompted for electronic check, savings account or credit card information.
- Complete the account information and submit your payment.
